Need a moment of zen?! Don't we all! I just heard the Kadampa Meditation Center New York in Glen Spey has reopened to the public! The Temple is beautiful and they have really nice walking trails and a vegetarian cafe. I recommend trying to make one of their classes too - truly mind altering! (I've been to dozens of classes at their Chelsea/Williamsburg centers - anyone else been?) #meditation #thingstodo #glenspey #sullivan
